The project aims to provide teachers with training and tools to prevent and/or treat their professional burnout.
To this end, emphasis is placed on raising awareness of prevention and self-help initiatives and raising teachers’ levels of self-reflection and self-esteem. It also aims to increase the level of empowerment (i.e. releasing the latent energies) and resilience (resilience and perseverance) through self-help techniques, while at the same time reducing subjective feelings of stress.
It does this by providing first-hand experience and tools, practices that help you find and maintain well-being both inside and outside the classroom.
